Returns

Please find detailed information on our return policy and procedure below:

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We won't charge you unexpected re-stocking fees or surcharges, but we do have a few small conditions that we think are pretty reasonable:

  • To qualify for a refund, item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging. If you return an item and it's been worn, washed, or otherwise damaged, we cannot process your refund.
  • To cover costs, we will deduct the return shipping amount from your total refund.

HOW IT WORKS

If you live in Canada, please visit our Canada Post RETURNS PORTAL and use the return ID PR444680 to print off your return shipping label. It's easy, and you can drop your package off at any Canada Post mailbox or post office.

If you are in the USA, unfortunately there is no automated way to process a return cross-border. But you can just drop it in the mail to our shipping address (below), and when we receive your item, we will process your refund immediately (providing it fits the above conditions). Ship returns to:

PLEASE NOTE: We would strongly recommend using a tracking number and carrier insurance for your returns, since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
